In order to qualify for the Early Bird Prize Drawing:
- Donations must be received by October 15, 2010.
- Please note that in order to qualify for the Early Bird Drawing company pledge cards must be received by October 15, 2010.
- One winner will be selected on November 1, 2010 and posted on Facebook Page and Website by 4pm. Winner will also be notified.
In order to qualify for all other prize drawings including the Grand Prize:
- Donations must be received by February 1, 2011.
- Companies' final campaign report envelopes must be received by February 1, 2011.
- Winners will be announced at Campaign Finale (TBA) or by May 1, 2011 (whichever comes first).

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR DONATION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
How to Enter:
Make a donation to the United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties between July 31, 2010 and February 1, 2011. Donations may be made via Payroll Deducation, Check, Credit Card, Text2Give, Text2Pledge, or online. There is no mimimum donation amount to be entered.
Alternatively, you can enter the drawing(s) without making a donation by e-mailing celkins@unitedwayvfc.org, with your name, address, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address. Please put "NonDonor Entry" in the subject field. Only one entry per person will be accepted. All contact information must be complete for entry.
The members of United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties (UWVFC) Board, and employees of UWVFC, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such members or employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The winner need not be present to win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Official photo identification will be required to claim the prize. Winner will be notified by telephone and e-mail provided by Winner at time of entry. If UWVFC is unable to reach Winner within 15 business days from the date of the prize drawing, he or she will be disqualified and will forfeit all interest in the prize, and a substitute winner will be selected.
In the event the Winner does not accept the prize for any reason, is deemed ineligible by UWVFC, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be awarded to a substitute winner selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. This process will be repeated if necessary until a winner is determined.
Winner is solely responsible for any reporting and payment of any taxes applicable to the prize.
Winner may waive his/her right to receive prize. No cash or prize substitutions allowed by Winner. Winner’s right to receive prize is nonassignable and non-transferable. Prizes and individual components of prize package is subject to availability and UWVFC reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
