National Scope:

Day of Actions will be taking place all over the country on 6.21.08. On the longest day of the year, United Ways across the world will be encouraging people to get out and Live United. June 21 presents an opportunity for the United Way system to declare our intention to improve lives in measurable and lasting ways by mobilizing thousands of people around a common goal: advancing the common good by focusing on education, income and health. These are the building blocks for a good life - a quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to support a family through retirement, and good health.

Locally:

Our Day of Action will focus on 3 major events that give people the opportunity to Give, Advocate and Volunteer in the areas of Education, Income and Health.

E-Day of Action.
Step Out and Step Up.

We Need Your Help:

This great day cannot take place without the support of the community. We will be looking for volunteers, partners, in-kind donations and sponsors.
